I wonder if the 4 to 6 was meant for high? It depends on whether you want a sliceable roast or a fall-apart roast.
Red Oh, yes, good point.
You can cook it longer, but the roast will "pull" instead of slicing.
And sliced.

The last time I made potpie and it was great! I have leftover pork roast (cut into chops) in a smallI usually do some kind of tacos with leftover pork too..but my SO loves to do bbq pork sandwiches doesnt like that as much....
Addie's post in the dinner thread made me wonder what made a pot roast a Yankee pot roast. According to Wikipedia, it's just another name for the same dish. Your thoughts?
