Roast Pork There hasn't been a thread in this area for a little while, so I thought I'd share my dinner tonight

1 teaspoon chinese 5 spice powder.

I've made this once, and it was just great. I used half the brown sugar,
blended with Diabetisweet brown sugar substitute. The cranberry sauce
was savory and delicious...

I've hungry for pork roast, easy enough... salt, pepper, red pepper flake, and garlic in with the pork and turn on the crock pot. Look in fridge to see what to have with it? See 1/3 of head cabbage, chop and in it goes. I see a slash of red in the back...

You can add any of the Induction approved root veggies (daikon radish, celery root/celeriac, kohlrabi) to that stew too .

Over the weekend I did a boned & rolled Pork Leg. In an 18" Downunder copy of a Weber, indirect with Red Gum charcoal, threw a couple of small pieces of olive wood on top of the charcoal at the start of the cook.
Brined for 24Hrs in 1 1/2 Ltr water, 1...

Ideas please, I have none! None of us likes it cold, no point in reheating as is cos the gravy is all gone.
