Agreed with weight loss with a limited-carb diet.
carb diet is doable or even recommended, limiting things like pasta and bread could help.

Am I right in thinking that carbs are just a form a energy, & protein does all the growth?
If I was on the gear & stayed on a almost protein only diet with very low carbs,

Then you need to spray it off with spray carb cleaner and that means all gas to the CARB ,, check Your flow ...
