I believe the first reef is best where it was proposed, being off Santa Barbara the second reef off Los Angeles or Orange county.
And dive them.

Is there an age minimum on Shark Reef?
Do they have masks small enough for a 5yr old?
If not can we bring our own?
And is it ok to wear floaties?

Why do this at all? There is a ton of structure in the area and there will be more (windmills) within 15 miles... .
Won't the windmills provide enough artificial structure?
Mike Windmills won't be anywhere near Harwich.. .

You do indeed need and around the world ....

A permit to catch reef fish for commercial gain.
