Buying refurbished phones
there is a seller who is selling refurbished phones, blackberries. is it ok to buy these? he says they are in unopened boxes, so does it mean that they are guaranteed to work?

The same could probably be said of a rebuilt phone, depending of course of a rebuilt phone, depending of course on where and how the device was rebuilt.
Is free of defects, etc.
