I have a swf with four frames. The first frame loads an external class that acts as traffic controller - looks at the root flashvars being passed in and redirects to frame 2, 3, or 4.

I told SD what the expected cost of child care was going to be, 910/month and asked him if he could pay 400/month to help out. More than generous, IMO, because this is less than half, and doesn't even go into other expenses.

You can absolutely refuse.
I would definitely say you can refuse! That is a risky test in my opinion and I doubt a judge would it up if he's going to push to have a risky test done.

Stores aren't banks, if you or businesses.
It all depends I allowed my cashiers to refuse large amounts of change for merchandise.
I live in the US and yes, a cashier can refuse change as a main payment.
