Is that a concientious objection type refusable order, or would that be a lawful order that you've got to suck up and obey?

This company makes it extremely hard to reach them regarding anything other then new orders. I ordered a replacement lamp for my Toshiba television on October 9, 2010. Two months later my TV starts to turn off and on by itself, so I go back to the partstore...
