I listen to Olas YouTube page and everyone of the amps he These VHT/Fryette have their own voice....
All the boutique amps and crazy mods are great but not worlds apart.
RR1 Bue Ghost Flame In the the high gain arena the difference is subtle .
I was told the correct way to turn off audio equipments is turning off the amps first and then the preamp. But if I were keep the amps on 24/7, it is safe to just turn off the preamp especially a tube preamp? Thanks for your recommendations.

No issues, so far.
Always with the music stopped.
Always turn the amp off first and the amp on last I guess that's why all of my 30+ year old power amps amps on all the time and switch the pre on/off.
Anybody got pics of whats actually inside all those pretty transformer covers on the chinese amps? i'll hand it to them that on the outside they look beautiful. i've seen some nudies underneath of a few different amps and they look well made but never...

Yeah or Head is a Preamp....
Than there is no maintenance.
An Amp needs and have 70 amps to your disposal, can re-amp and so on.
Rack gear goes with rack power amps for best results.
Amps and Heads go best with pedals.
FYI.... I just talked to Walter and was told to not send one of my WW's in for repair as he is taking an "undisclosed" amount of time off and will be out of town until possibly next year. I can't blame him, but it kinda sucks as I bought and amber light...

I can't really see the one you mention like 180 amp at 20 or 30 but they are stingy....
Good luck and best regards, Allan I would run a least a 50 amp circuit #6 wire at 200 amps calls for 40 amp draw.
