People often post the queries they get for individual not in the US, I'd prefer email queries.

Tips for Passport Rejection in NJ
This is a long story so the quick version is this: if you live in NJ and need your birth certificate urgently, do not use Vitalchek. Go to Trenton yourself. It is quicker and cheaper.
