I have had a hard time with my anxiety my entire life. I was prescribed prozac for post-partum depression about a year ago, and took it for 6 months, at which point my doctor took me off because she thought I was ok.

I think you are on the right track-do you have a good psychiatrist you can talk it over with? In our case, our psychiatrist is the main person we go to when we need a therapist or a medication or whatever .
