Hi, my husband has muscle twitching very often. It usually happens when he’s feeling sad and depressed. It lasts for half an hour, and then it disappears. Could muscle twitching indicate anxiety ?

Phenibut definitely chills me out a lot as well, but it's one of those things that... .
Picamilon-150 is nice because tolerance building is quite slow and you can use it fairly regularly .
Two great options for this are Picamilon-150 and Phenibut XT by SNS .
