So a dumbass move on my part, I ran out to the shop for a few minutes in my work shoes (no steel toe) and dropped a vise on my foot. This was about three weeks ago.
Pain was immediate, duh. Swelling...yup. Knowing that my dad had done this a few times...

The concerning thing you mention as I read is that there is visible swelling causing pain to grow back.
Helps keep swelling down and reduces.
I also like to use a product called Anica gel .
For compression.

It started in one cheek, then it would be an upper or lower lip .

Have you tried Vagisil....
Its all sore.
Im not really swollen but I feel super bruised.
Doesnt do tooo much but it does help.
Slippery? so when it rubs it doesnt get as irritated. .
I'm using my tucks pads to keep the area moist so it stays at least kind of. .

Coming up to 35 weeks now and woke to very swollen hands and feet today, the pain is UNREAL so much so all my joints in my hands hurt and i can barely bend my feet and toes to walk properly.
Anything i can do to relieve the pain and swelling??

But to be effective as if it's that bad they may want to see you .

I find Ice and soaking helps my swelling hte most and I couldn't get out of bed....
Gets better as day goes on, but can still be achy during and a while, but so tired today, so am back to thinking RA .
RA for me was aching/swelling in morning.
