Payload is it goes and downloads trojans from a russian ip.. to windows temp folder MSE detects but how to remove DCOM server..

I'm assuming your antivirus solution cannot remove the virus.

After virus scan process if it finds some viruses,it will ask you this rescue live....
Download Avira AntiVir or AVG it catching a virus which AVG missed.
If that doesn't seem to help, you can try scanning it for virus.

My system is infected with Internet Security 2010.

This thing about buying a rescue live-CD virus scanner : I like best Avira AntiVir Rescue System because it gets updated using your Windows XP system.
Good luck, and hope this helps some.
Will also help you remove this virus.

Windows 7 flags the need to remove Win32/Small.CA virus, reporting it caused a problem one time. A McAfee tech went through my system in detail and said no virus is present. He concluded that the problem is in Windows. What action is recommended?

Can you locate the file?, you can use LInux CD to remove the virus file after you install windows? the virus appears evrytime i browse net but before i do it, id installed an antivirus.
You keep installing.
