Hey,
I'm quite new to making amvs.
I use Sony Vegas Pro 10.
Anyone know the best render settings most suitable for You-tube? Regardless of the file size .
Thanks in advance ,

Render to LOSELESS....
I do:
1.
This is how I render videos in general.
I do quite literally mean to run a blur filter over it tho .
My Youtube always work, so blur is easier.
Render it lossless from Vegas, then use Zarx264GUI to encode it.

You can set the distance of the rays it casts down, or the count of rays down, this will lower the render time, at the cost of visual quality.
Global Illumination is always going to take longer to render.

If the TV is 16:9, you set up the player to output for a 16:9 set.
If the TV is 4:3, you set the player up to output for a 4:3 set.
TV set (or both) is set up incorrectly.

The 24p template inserts instructions for the DVD player to insert pulldown; the NTSC template has already done... .
The really confusing thing is that you have it backwards -- the NTSC template will insert pulldown; the 24p template will not .
P Widescreen.
