I had gotten NOBU 25 GB for my parents a year ago and it's time to renew it for them so I logged into the account and clicked the renew button at the top. I went through the process and paid for the renewal and got a confirmation and recieved a renewal...

You might take the renewal letter along with you, but if you have been licensed for the past few years you're already.
I believe since you already have the CCW license you just go in and renew it.
