I am weighing the pros and cons of renting a car at Disney over Memorial Day weekend. I will be staying onsite at the Wilderness Lodge. I heard the bus service from WL can take quite some time...

Many of the car rental will give you a reduced rate if you rent for a week.
For what it is worth I ALWAYS recommend tourist rent a car if they plan on venturing "off resort and $90US per day.

Just need the Driver's License if you are picking up the car from the airport.

I usually hire a car and driver when i am in an unfamiliar country, but with the use of modern gps the risk of getting lost is greatly reduced.

Budget Rental Car is a SCAM....The system is designed to get your reservation then "SURPISE" at the pick up point. Their on-line web site says NO Surprises ...Really
