I am looking for reasonably priced spots south of PV. More out of town and surrounding area. It seems to be my favorite area at the moment and would like to plan a new trip. :) Any suggestions? Or sites to do some research? Thanks,

And as JR said, the best long-term rentals are found "on the street" while you are IN PV.
There are also many PV apt./condo/house rentals listed if you just Google that.

We live in Guadalajara and want to rent in old town PV. We will drive over. Is there safe parking and if so, the cost. If not we are limited to places that offer parking and there are not too many on the beach where we want to be. Thanks

Tourists with rentals do it too if your rental has no parking associated with it, you really have no choice.

Strange did the facebook and www.vrbo.com are good places....
The Hotel is my home away from home on my longer PV trips.
They offer monthly rental rates for both the hotel and the suites if it meets your needs.
This year like they normally do.
