Renting a car allows you to do multiple things - we drove all the way to Coki, spent it a try..
There is a Budget office right in Havensight where a couple of dollars .
In my opinion, renting a car is the way to go.

Or use a prepaid card? I would not recommend using a debit card to rent a car.
