That cost, but far too many Americans naively (and incorrectly) think that Medicare will cover facility and Medicare tells them they are not covered for LTC that they realize that there's no way can have a serious conversation.

As for how to fix privately funded health insurance without gov't intervention (e.g., no Obamacare, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.), it's quite likely it's impossible, simply because, while free enterprise and the marketplace do a (far) better and more efficient...

For those of you who are on Medicare, our wonderful Senate & House of REpresentatives, did not pass a budget, and so MEDICARE is capping physical & occupational therapy at $1740 per year!!
This can be changed, if all of us contact our Senators and Congress...
