I just got a 3ds today along with resident evil and im undecided between 2 games which game has more replay value.

The only "replay value story will vary slightly from faction to faction so that helps a bit with the replay value for the sake, to add more replay....
Don't expect that the random NPC and item quests will be faction specific .

I was absolutely SHOCKED from V.
I think cheats give the game more replay value than nearly anything else.
