Okay guys it's been awhile since I posted a pic. Can't remember how to do it--as well as resizing the photo tried but it was too big help

What would be the most convient size when resizing photos and at what resolution?

There is quite a nice photo gallery that shows the photos explains how to resize flash from within your flash code.

I found something called iZoom for the Mac, and it resizes photos very easily !! Just thought I would mention it in case someone else needs it! It's a free download, too.
Use this link:

I am having trouble resizing my pics for use on a forum. No matter what I resize the image to it is still huge when posted. I can't seem to be able to adjust the pixel size since it doesn't seem to be one of the options...

In MSOutlook 2003 I could resize photos (to make them smaller for email)
within the email program. All I had to do was hit email options and it
allowed me to resize an attached photo to send....resize from 3mb down to a
