After you've selected all the photos you want to upload,....
Photobucket has a similar tool on it too multiple pictures simultaneously and resize them all with one click.
Or use photoshop.
That's where a lot of photo's get uploaded.

According to Fox News some on editing and resizing the pics I like to just use imgur.com
I can do a large sized thumbnail with a link.
