I would like to use table rates to specify shipping prices for UK, Europe and Rest of World.
Is there an established .csv file I can use, where each county code is in one of the 3 above areas?
This is what I’m trying to achieve…
UK: £3.50 normal £6.50...

I've only used XML RPC and I haven't really delved into SOAP but I'm trying to find a good comprehensive guide, with real world examples or even a walkthrough of some minimal REST application.
I'm most comfortable with Python/PHP.

I think it is kind of "REST" and it provides kind accounting systems (SaaS) which have a REST-based non-transactional API for creating, retrieving by a lot of people to get them right.

It would sound like you were not using the Live APN, is that correct?
Also, Vodafone will claim that you opted in to the Daily roaming agreement which will charge you a basic daily rate which gives you a daily 50MB bundle irrespective of how much or little... .
