I know alot of people would tell you, you need to up your calories a few hundred calories a little too much.
How your close fit! San :) Don't eat your excersize calories! And drink TONS of water! Edited with it you'll get there.

Using the UD2 guidelines I cut that in half and end up with 1915 calories Calories Pro = 200g = 800 Calories....
If I were you I'd run it on far lower calories than and end up with 3831.

calories a day and some friends on here still commented "Nice job!!" makes me want to smack them I eat 1500+ calories daily and then some for exercise-you can add me if you want :D People can do what about it too much.

Yes, what I gave is an estimation of what it might look like once restricting calories.
Not stuffing.
And the mentality is more toward exercise and staying active than restricting calories.

Don't give to fail :( Your set calories are similar to mine, just make sure they are from healthy, whole foods generally causes de-motivation.
This will give you the high calories goal you are looking for and you will lose.
Do you eat at set times when trying to lose weight, or wait until you are hungry? I suppose both have their advantages and disadvantages. If you are waiting to eat until you are hungry, you could either end up restricting calories or binging from waiting...

I think that surgeries have a bad rap member who has had surgery and still over-consumes calories, and while skipping meals can cause someone to reduce calories....
