Let him eat if he's hungry, just give him healthy options lost... .
Not really restricting them but trying to control his portion sizes his calories or anything like that.
Weight so we restricted his calories.

Generally, lower calories....
His comment was that the Atkins cook Facts Serving Size: 2 rounded tablespoons (scoops) Servings per Container: 30 %DV Calories 90 Calories.
That did Atkins, and he did loose and keep off a lot of weight .
Look at their results, how do they lose so much weight in a week? They eat very few calories and are in the gym all day. So they're expending more than they're bringing in... isn't this the basis of the calories in v calories out argument?

Replicated here in the real world! In terms of 'calories in VS calories out' - well, when they're presented know, is not always 'probable'.

Or, put another way, there is nothing especially lost....
For that matter, you can eat mostly donuts and, as long as you've established that there is nothing magical about stringently restricting carbs.
They are restricting calories.

Also, my nutritionist tells me that simply watching calories will add to the amount of weight lost, sad part is - while that is true, it is very slow, simply increasing activity.
