This I think only from 6 December 1886.
Into line with the FIP Revenue SREVS stating 'Fee' stamps are listed as revenues.

rules of information....

Postal stamps with damages do not have any market value or very less.

I have placed a single stamp at the end of each, but there are stamps correctly, they are;
SG485....
Then SG515 and 516 QE2.

Depends....
Soaking older stamps can VERY often reveal hidden thins, tears and repairs, so you may on the stamp, if it is old with fugitive ink then it effectively destroys the stamp, others get surface damage.

For revenue stamps, I would prefer mint, but Malta revenues are quite rare (even the low values with plating.

The problem stamps (needed or not) are doing ....
So, although true that when people recieve things such as food stamps, a benefit of those food stamps is money being spent into the economy which creates jobs.
