Mooly After reading butemans link I would point out that both myI have two Samsung 17" laptops, the RC710 and the RV711 and have been most happy with both of them and if they now go faulty....
For good laptops as I have never had one.

IMO, for 16:9 laptops running Windows, 145-155 DPI provides the best balance between comes up with a better scaling....
An ultraportable laptop? Well, I just avoid doing any serious work that requires me to view many windows annoyingly small.

Only good for daily task, don't expect fireworks and was told 3 month warranty direct with laptopsDirect....
Bad reviews, lot of people had problem watching video on it, some people had problem with screen turning off for 1sec.

Laptops - Acer vs Packard Bell So I was reading that Packard Bell is now a subsidiary of Acer. I therefore presumed quality must be similar now although Packard Bell used to be entry level.
So much question is why the Packard Bell below is so much cheaper...
