However during my interview, the lady who interviewed me was expecting me to get a bachelors degree. But say now that I dropped all my classes, I won't be about to get my degree but i did finish ALL my preqs. Note: the school does not require a bachelors...

Yes, I think so.
I think on bail you can leave your home, just not the jurisdiction, house arrest of course, you have to stay home.
If you are out on bail, you have put up some sort of collateral.
Be immediately incarcerated.
