Is it legal to ride a 50cc mini-bike in a bike lane? If not, where would it be legal to ride one?
I'm 14 and looking into getting one, but I'd like to make sure I'm within the law. Would I be able to ride it to my friends houses?

In my a section of cycle path.
And it WAS legal to ride a 49cc scooter in the bike lane.
You cannot ride the bike ANYWHERE except on private land with the permission in the state of Virginia (I think).

What do you rather ride on the road a road bike or a mountain bike? I personally like mountain bike dont care about speed still can go from point A to point B fast and comfortable

The governor of Florida just signed into law HB 971, which requires cyclists to ride in a bike lane if it's available.
What is your opinion on this? Are bike lanes safer than riding on the road? Are we more or less visible? Are bike lanes too close to...

Where I ride a solution without a problem.
That still doesn't mean you're 'safe'.
That bike lanes are better than nothing on a road.
