Part of my physical therapy included working with a large piltaes type ball and I still do these whenever I need them .
Many years ago I was in an accident and injured my back .

As you probably know, a Gym puzzle is a challenge - usually some sort of maze - that you must face in a Gym before you can challenge the leader. The 4th generation had great Gym puzzles, like the lifts and elevators in the Canclave Gym, which was my favorite...

Of DPPt, I'd say Canclave's gym was pretty neat, but Snowpoint's is my favourite, partly because I'm had a pretty good set of gym puzzles.

So I have this business idea of a nude gym where men and women train naked, you cannot train in the gym with clothes on the only requirement is that you wear shoes, would you guys train at a gym like that.

Ive pretty much given up the gym in favour, I'd bin the gym if I were you, if you've got a set of kettlebells there isnt much you cant do.
If you prefer running, do that, at least its free .

Do you think it is better to have a gym membership or to buy the equipment that you like? We have two gyms in town--one is right down nasty and the other does not keep up with maintenance on the building --it is ok but IMO too expensive for the condition...

Gym memberships are usually front loaded, meaning you pay the majority of the annual fees up front machine at home (which is now over a year old an has therefore paid itself off vs a gym membership.
