I'm wondering what everyone's post ride maintenance/service routine is. The one thing I always do is wipe down the stanchion's with a paper towel and damp q-tips. I'm also starting to wipe/lube/wipe the chain after every ride because of the dust.

I lube every other ride, never adjust the limit screws(shouldnt it.
Post ride service:
- carryI hose it off every 5-10 rides.
It's not just my own riding that I have to keep up with.

Hey I've just started this routine about a month ago:
Monday-chest and triceps
Tuesday-back and biceps
Wednesday- legs and shoulders
Repeat and then rest Sunday
Does this seem pretty good? Any tips? Also I'm looking for more ways to lift back and my shoulders...

Bedtime should be done? Eg if routine is not done by 8 (or whatever) you leave at that time? So if she doesn't finish her routine in time she doesn't get a story? That would give you a deadline to look another part of the bedtime routine....
