Always found bike riding good for leg ailments.
Accept The Challenge If I wasn't Airdyne work all year round if feet hurt or knees get grumpy .
Much respect for those of you that do it.

Well I ended.
Probably a little shorter than normal ride I usually do.
We this was going to be a sprint ride.
Tomorrow we have concert tickets so no riding tomorrow.
ride gathering and ate too much food.
