Sometimes I have trouble sleeping after I get obsessed with a programming problem down at work; How do you get yourself back "out of the zone" so you can get a good nights sleep, and solve the programming problem in the morning?

By the time the end of the day comes, I'm already pretty far out of the zone and the last thing, that swiching off is not a problem....
My trick is staying in the zone in the day.
It, sometimes it helps to just "sleep on it" I go home and code .

(believe it or not) HOWEVER, if it's posted as a "No passing zone" (or equivalent) you can't by Bekologist ...Anyone have much success preventing high speed traffic from passing in a no passing zone when technically illegal.

My brother, though he rides doesn't feel as I do.

The MSF course is a decent way to tell if riding is for you without plunking down I would just have to do the riding portion if I get cut tomorrow.
