Sometimes I have trouble sleeping after I get obsessed with a programming problem down at work; How do you get yourself back "out of the zone" so you can get a good nights sleep, and solve the programming problem in the morning?

By the time the end of the day comes, I'm already pretty far out of the zone and the last thing, that swiching off is not a problem....
My trick is staying in the zone in the day.
It, sometimes it helps to just "sleep on it" I go home and code .

Greetings!
I recently had a lactate threshold test done, and was given some heart-rate zones to use for regular training. These zones seem quite high -- 155-160 bpm for regular "enduro" (zone 2) training, and 165-170 bpm for "threshold" (zone 4) training...

I wouldn't be shocked if you set out to ride for 15 minutes at 190 watts meter, we think we are riding....
To the first set before the test, i got those numbers from just riding at different intensities and felt and hold on for dear life.

Just received a new issue of AAA travel magazine and a reader wrote in that he received a $40 ticket in the mail from the state of Maryland. Accused of going 68 mph in a work zone on I-95. He also stated that he didn't remember a work zone in the designated...

There are more hazzards in a work zone....
Most states the fine is automatically doubled when the alledged violation is in a marked work zone.
40 bucks?? That's cheap.
Not sure about other states, But in Ma fines are double in a work zone.
