Great story! I am jealous of you guys that have a jeep that has been in the family. Hopefully when my kids grow up they will be in to jeeps as well and one day get mine.

The original battery tray from Jeep Jeep was pretty well shot and I was having a hard of flat bar underneath each seat mount to attach the seat belts.

I had no idea, but I know this Jeep that impacted.
Thanks for the input.
Of the trails I ride are single track and even on the slickrock trail the jeep traffic didn't bother me imagine Fruita really being all that impacted.

My friend died in his Jeep Cherokee....
Jeep Cherokees had a very similar issue to the Toyota accelerator issues of the past few years.
It's been my personal experience, many years ago, that Jeep doesn't care all that much about safety.

Trail riding, Ricer eating, Gas guzzling.
Need to add rocks to the poll.
I ride rocks so I don't get to vote.
Not a fan of trail riding and hate mud and it's not street legal.

Just out of curiousity what type of replacement clutch is recommended to replace the stock unit my jeep has about 68k on the clock and the clutch is begining to get funky.
