Governor and Judge, Rifled barrels?
I have limited internet access, so I don't have a whole lot of time to search. Are the barrels on the smith and wesson governor and taurus judge rifled?
I don't understand how you can fire birdshot out of a rifled ...

You can fire birdshot out of a rifled barrel, but it will pattern horribly, as the two guns you, a birdshot pattern from a rifled-barrel revolver will look like a spiral with a big hole understand how you can fire birdshot....

Buckshot threw a fully rifled barrel? Would shooting anything but slugs threw a rifled shotgun damage the gun or barrel

The m4-177 has a rifled barrel and has basically all the same internals as a 760. Crosman will probably never make the 760 have a rifled barrel as it would cost to much time and money to do that to a 25-30 dollar gun. But you can buy a m4-177 and switch...

What would you pay for a little older 11-87 12 gauge. Black synthetic stocks, Rifled slug barrel, rifle sights, drilled and tapped for a scope. Includes a scope and the mount. Now the bad.. gun has some minimal pitting from neglect. Nothing terrible but...

I paid $650 for an 11-87 wood stocks, rifled slug barrel w/Leupold scope and a 28" vent rib barrel.
Starting offer as a buyer if it has a Remington barrel.

You've reminded me of another point I'd seen people making: rifled barrel ammo is apparently: rifled barrel ammo is apparently "multi-part" and thus less convenient/more complex than its smootbore with rifled....

Are the standard fine then? Sabots a rifled sight, smooth barrel in IMP and prefer this to my older full choke.
And rifled slugs were only supposed to be shot out of a rifled barrel.
