I broke my right patella and right elbow 5 weeks ago today while rollerblading with my kids on vacation visiting my mom.

I'm planning a 351 swap into my 03 and i know its a direct swap out but the exhaust elbows are not the same right? Both elbows work with both turbos but is the 351 is larger for more flow? Do I need to swap the elbows or just use the stocker

I plan on swapping out full exhaust turbo back to 5" but was wondering if the 351 elbow makes that much of a difference why bother with....
Obviously the larger elbow flows but you will need a new downpipe to match.
Turbo will fit either way.
