Of course, you will have to try and spare your kidney as much as possible which means that you will have to prevent kidney.
Well, one kidney should be more than enough for you to live your full time.

When I sleep more than 7-8 hours, I do get light pain in my right back a noticible pain in my right kidney area.

I called the doctor to confirm this and....
I was wondering the same thing! I just googled kidney pain and it said that it was usually caused by a uti so if you have symptoms of a uti it is probably kidney pain but if not its just back pain.
