Any ripstop products before - no pants, either - so it was a bit of an eye-opener for me how and have had them all for many years.

I was just wondering if anybody hand washes their ripstop gi in a sink or in the shower after practice. I plan on doing some extensive traveling this summer and I am guessing there will be times when I can't get to a laundry machine.

I handwashed my ripstop ....
It was just fine.
My ripstop pants dry in about 2 hours when I just keep' gi's and they dry in time I used to hand wash my ripstop gi's in the sink.
Things become absolutely see through with sweat.

This company....
The material is really strong and does not stretch.
The construction is second to none the ripstop fabric feels I could just wear it all day and fall asleep in it.
The Kauai Ripstop gi is probably my favorite gi.

Anyone tried them and are they worth $80 shipped? I bought a set of Atama ripstops used and the jackazz sent me a pair of ripped pants (no it wasn't disclosed), so I'm scared to buy Atamas. I've tried Padilla ripstops on before and thought they felt great...

Lookin to up the slacks this year. I like the Mossy Oak Trek Lites but was wondering what my other options were in that category. I prefer light weight, breathable, non fading pants that tuck well into Lacrosse boots.
