I would like to start drinking Roobios Tea for the potential hair benefits, but now that I'm shopping for it I'm confused -- I've seen it as both red tea and green tea.
What Roobios is the best for hair? Please drop brand names if you have a favorite....

I read in the beginning of the rooibus thread that it didnt stain anyones hair so Im.

Hi ,i have been use amla hair oil since April ,i am looking the results on softer hair .
How i use it: on dry hair ,soak in oil and place under a shower cap for 2 - 5 hours ,cwc and air dry.
Amazed by the softness and shine.
