It does....
I don't know about a 564 Pet Series.
It does have scheduling.
With a standard bin and a pet-size bin w/o fan, and the 564 doesn't have scheduling but comes with the Aerovac in Europe? I recently purchased a 564 Pet Series.

How long have you had your Roomba? When you say you tried taking the whole thing apart, did you pets?
If you have pets, you have a higher chance that pet hair has ended up in the CHM, hindering reason(s).
