If you jumped rope as a child you should have never quit. Many top trained athletes jump rope to stay in condition. Better yet, you can lose a lot of weight and have fun while you do it. Talk about an economical way to exercise, how much is a jump rope...

Jump Rope question?? Backward jump roping? Ok so my deal is that whenever I try normally jump roping, I can only do about 6 jumps before screwing up. But when I jump rope BACKWARDS, I can go for 3 mins tops. Is that weird? :/

I read somewhere that If you do it for about a half hour a day you can into it .
jumping without the rope and swinging the rope as i said in the first post, you can also jump whileI try to jump rope a lot.
