Mine is done, or skip slower....
Throw in skipping at a fast pace with more or less the same min hard fast skip then min rest min of skipping being used and I personally don't think u can put in 100% effort for 1 whole minute.

Ik ben nog niet zo lang geleden....
Ik zou met intervallen werken, de eerste keer deed ik het 10min aan een stuk, heb daarna een week de ergste spierpijn in kuiten ooit gehad .

Yes! It will make wonders for your cardio:).

I do in boot camp! I haven't noticed it tightening my core but I think it makes me a better runner .

Boink, I think jogging for 20 minutes is a whole lot easier than skipping rope for 20 minutes on the knees.
Any good jump rope techniques? certain patterns to follow? something I want to try when i watch tv, so i'm not on the couch

Another great method of jumping rope, is running around the block while skipping, also try doubles of one technique hah.

My boobs are too big for jump rope or the trampoline (haven't tried Zumba) and I get a horrible upper-back with jumping, skipping etc....
There are other exercises so I usually pass on the rope, do boxing etc., instead.
