I'm working with a nutritionist due to ongoing fatigue and other symptoms after removing all of my obvious triggers. I've been gluten-free since May, and removed corn, soy, and dairy after doing an elimination diet this fall...

I find that ground meats are much eat them regularly .
Read that doing a rotation diet is a good idea as you can develop other food intolerances if you of my DH) so I also had to add meat sources of protein to my diet.

Anyway, I need another food to rotate in. I am thinking of trying another variety of beans. Chickpeas are already in but I can't decide...

I've just.
I did try chickpeas and was ok but I am strict with the rotation in baked goods...and I have not been as careful with their rotation as I should have been.
I won't re-introduce soy but after 2 yrs.

I want to wish us luck on sticking to a diet regiment that is healthy and will work! I have ordered the Air-Climber and going on a low-carb diet. Plan on drinking lots of water!

I think i do need to watch my diet carefully.
The healthier you eat the less to end up looking hulkish .
Intake should be, setup a healthy diet, eat a lot and bulk up first.

I have 4 brands of wet food. 2-3 different kinds for each brand. 3-4 cans for each flavour. That makes about 45 cans.
How shall I feed those to a 6 month old make persian kitten?
Shall I feed those randomly? Or give same brand/same kind day...
