I bought a PC 75182 production router motor and fixed base today.
I am thinking of putting it in a lift for my table.
What's the best bang for the buck, in a lift?
I have a Freud 1700 in my table now, and a few other routers (much more than I really need...

I have it and the JessEm Mast-R-Lift.
Do they raise the router enough to use standard collet wrenches? I have is a near perfect router for the table.

Raises high enough to use wrenches without pulling....
Been using it about 6 years with no problems.
Do they raise the router enough to use standard collet wrenches? I have a Bench Dog lift that I am pleased with.
Another lift question.

I upgraded my old set up this year to this router and paired it with the Woodpecker lift. It takes puts nearly all of the collett above the table for easy bit changes.

I'm designing a router table. The default design seems to be Norms, and I'll use that as the model. But as I ponder whether to get a router lift I have a couple questions

It worked really well, but eventually I knew I would go down the path... .
Didn't want to spend that sort of money you could make your own router lift - but it depends Router Table and the router lift starts at post 132.

Dont know myself if a lift is available for your particular router, but check a Ryobi plunge router and....
Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me to the forums Jim .
You don't need a lift for a plunge router.

I'm looking at the Kreg prs2000 router table but using the JessEm Rout-R-Lift II Router Lift. Is this possible? Are there any modifications that need to be made for this to be secured in the the table. The plates are the same size so no trouble there....

Assuming there isn't anything unusual under the table of that Kreg Router Table, there should not be any problem at all.
It is one of the best investments I have ever made .

They solved.
I called Router Raizer directly to see how I could solve my dilemma.
To return it for credit" Having said that I would highly recommend "Router Raizer" I had a problem THAT I CAUSED MYSELF.
