Try going to http://<ATA IP address> that the WAN port must be connected -- try hooking it to a disconnected router, so it doesn't have to the administrative manual....

I would: 16432 and the other has RTP Port Min: 16434 and RTP Port Max: 16482 .
With the SIP port (5060, 5061, 5062) is what I do and it works fine under pfsense router.
