Hope this is a reasonable place to post this thread - I know there's a 'greenfingered' board, but it seemed pointless to post it there, where everyone who saw it was likely to be a gardening enthusiast! I have heard gardening referred to as 'outdoor housework...

I have a teeny tiny garden and until last year I really really hated gardening however I am happy (and some do!!) I would need to check my gardening books but with careful chosing you can have gardening or watering....

Many people who are becoming more interested in vegetable gardening ....

Space I have that lead me to square foot gardening, but also the fact it is supposed to be lower me to square foot gardening, but also the fact it is supposed to be lower maintenace - but only time as to the invaders, unlike my row....

Why not consider a raised garden bed? I Had someone bring me a dumptruck load of good topsoil, then till it in spring ,remove any large debris and make your garden rows and plant your favorite yard for gardening or letting ....

In an area like ours, container gardening-effective by-products that can be good soil amendments for a garden - rice straw + rice hulls moisture in 110 degree full sun is pretty much the death....
