Depends how hard you row down to the boat design, the wind,and the rower, if you have the wind behind you, your laughing,if its against you, then its like standing....
In an Olympic type rower will make you think twice about that comment.

I have done several LTHR test on my road bike, but never done one on the C2. People have told me and the power meter seems to agree, that HR is higher for the same output when the arms are in use.

I use the C2 units, cycling, rowing, etc.
HR on the rower than the bicycle is because you use more muscles when you row.

Is commonly described in rowing as "bum shooting" or "shooting the slide." That is, your rear end (and center of the issue - I can see it on the video, but correcting it in the actual rowing seems easier said, and then I will post another....

What is a good height for a Harvard rowing recruit (6' 2",6' 3", etc.)? Also, what 2k is needed by the end of winter (junior) to have a high chance at being recruited? My academics are very good.
