We'll be staying north of the airport by Donelson Pike & Royal Parkway. Does anyone know if Grayline has a pickup in that area? Also do you think people would split a cab to & from the downtown area? Is that area fairly safe if we have to walk to meet...

I looked at the bus routes but they are kinda confusing to me .
And convenient! Last year when I went to CMA Fest, there was a shuttle service by Driving Miss Daisy different shuttle phone numbers so I'll call them.

Just wondering and without a dog in the fight: Now that the program has ended, was the shuttle a mistake?
I realize there were huge contributions made, but arguments can also be made that the entire shuttle concept was an enormous boondoggle.

Does anyone have any recommendations for shuttle service from Houston Intercontinental airport to Galveston pier? I have checked Supershuttle, 24 hour airport shuttle & Z Limousine.
There are 4 of us so it's probably cheaper...

I skipped out early most days and used their free shuttle service options on meals.
From my room, if i recall correctly.

Do you recomment this place? or royal solaris. we are looking at a 5 day package. we are not picky eaters. enjoy a good beach, good drinks, a clean resort and friendly staff.

Shelb Can only comment on Royal Solaris...we would never return-coup 1/2 the car rental by not having....
My choice would be Presidente.
We also took a walk over to the Royal there.
I love the place.
At the Presidente (2001, 2002 and 2004).
