So I just mixed my second 55 bucket of Coral Pro Salt (mixed the whole bucket), and the salinity currently is around 1.027 - 1.028. After mixing in the salt slowly, I could only see within a couple inches through the water; the water was really cloudy...

Hello all. Hope everyone's weekedend is going well. Just rubbed up a #5 choice brisket flat for the misses and i. Rubbed down with kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, and a little garlic. Using pecan wood for smoke. more pics to come!
