I've read a ton of threads on the OPDA issue... Should I totally avoid buying a 2005-06 Jeep Wrangler due to OPDA? I found a 2005 LJ Rubi that I like with 64K miles on it and it seems to be okay. Im just nervous about pulling the trigger due to the OPDA...

Which LJ Rubi? I've been looking for a few months and there's one in Denver I can think of that fits that I have to buy a new CAM/OPDA? I had worst case: top end (cam, lifters, rods, springs, timing chain kit.

I have had the same problem with my 2012 JKU Rubi!!! The check engine light first appeared at 745 miles, I checked the code (P2097) and accidentally reset it. I still took it into the dealership for them to look at it since the vehicle only had 745 miles...

Still has the stocks 32's.
Our Rubi has the 4.1 gears.
One said the noise and shifting problems were part on the Jeep, mods and mostly how you drive it .
Dealerships here in the Springs wouldn't fix it.
