Rugby VS American Football? I'm wondering what one is tougher, I'm scottish and I do like watching american football and rugby, i dont know the rules really haha. but, i think rugby would be tougher cause they have no padding, can only throw backwards...

American Football player's would make great Rugby player's? Now I understand why American's will never embrace "soccer" because even though its apparently a contact sport the players seem like over paid wimps and the pace of the game is not to everyone...

There is no blocking in rugby, so it's all about possession tactics rather than trying to gain in American football they have to be extremely quick/agile, sacrificing muscle strength.
