Check and reinstall the drivers.
I have tested in my test server did not find any system.exe file in Windows folder, but I can see installed software from other vendors and ask them about this system.exe if that belongs to them.

It create an autorun.inf, and system.exe. It put autorun.inf in both c:\ and e:\ The system.exe was created in c:\recycler and e:\recycler.
Both taskmanager, and any registry editing tools.

I posted this in WinXP and was told they think I already have a virus. I don't know about that because I ran Microsoft Security Essentials as soon as I installed Win.XP, I had nothing malicious!

iexplore.exe
And press OK RogueKiller to your desktop
Quit all running programs For Vista/Seven, right click -> run as administrator, for XP simply run....
See if this works.
Its the oldest version.
