All,
My host supports Perl CGI scripts, how do I use a compiled CGI script on the host?
I tried setting execute permissions via chmod, but when I try and run it via the browser, I get a server error.
Thanks in advance for all help.

You can check the dependencies on your binary with ldd run everything through a wrapper script, but things get much more complicated if you need.
Probably run your binary through a shell script.

Mac OS X is not binary compatible....
You can't run).
There's also Fink , pkgsrc , homebrew.
I would recommend MacPorts.
Native Linux apps on OS X; however, you can usually recompile them to run on Mac without too many different options.

Answer Snippets (Read the full thread at superuser):
Run RAID-1 that means Debian/Stable or an Ubuntu....
You WILL stuff it full of more drives over the next few years .
Something cavernous.
Install Pidgin USB.
I recommend an M388 for your hardware.
Until you find that Linux works well for you.
