You might want to get new hardware/saddles anyway since rust isn't something you can really get rid of 100% and it will only get worse.
I used CLR and a toothbrush to get rid of some rust on my saddles and it worked decently.

I'm trying to sell my old guitar and after taking it out after a couple of months i noticed a lot of rust on the bridge, pups, and the locking nuts. Is there a way to completely eliminate this rust without wrecking the guitar or replacing parts?
