N Charge the battery pack, if the Green Led is off means the battery pack is either hot or cold.
And charger to your nearest Ryobi Authorized Service Center for electrical check.

Battery life seems ok, can mow both lawns on one charge.
I also have a Ryobi 36V hedge trimmer so I use the battery.
It enough to do my 2 patches of lawn.

Priced like other Ryobi cordless power tools 119 I remember all of the posts over on the Ryobi forum (remember when there used to be a "Ryobi Forum"?) when they discontinued the old model.
Pros: Lightweight, powerful, easy to use Overall: Munches through thick palmetto easily, light weight, no issues with oil and petrol. Battery life seems ok, can mow both lawns on one charge. Cheaper than equivalent Bosch unit Ryobi RLM36 / RLM36B is recommended...

It's cheaper to get the battery: It's not....
The big plus it any Ryobi 36V battery packs will work with other Ryobi 36V battery packs.
Bigger lawns though would need to have more than one battery.

Incidently, they had the same model number sawzall, battery and charger for $106.
Tools and really like them (except battery life) but my dad has the ryobi 18v one+ set and really likes use.
Anybody ever have the charger go bad? In the absence of anybody in my 'hood with the same, I don't know how to cross-reference.

In my experience....
The reason I said possibly....is because of the much better charge I got on the old battery, on the newer charger.
When I upgraded, I went with Li-ion the old one .
The Ni-cad got to where it didn't last long.
